    Meet Steve Waters

    With over 36 years of experience in education, Steve has dedicated his career to helping schools create healthier, more supportive environments by training staff to be Mental Health First Aiders.

    Now, combining classroom experience with award-winning workplace mental health services, Steve works alongside business leaders to deliver practical training, meaningful wellbeing strategies, and sustainable change.

    Steve is a qualified First Aid for Mental Health Instructor, a qualified Counsellor, and a trustee of the mental wellbeing charity Education Support.
